PRIMARK opening store in Coimbra

The portuguese city known as "city of students" is now even more richer with the opening of the giant irish retailer, PRIMARK, on Coimbra Forum.

If i already considered myself a huge Primark fan, now after know the true values of the brand - their friendly environment politics and ethic commerce where they promote the respect for the workers' rights - i'm even more in love with their infinite corridors that were showed us with all the detail by dear Mar Morón, Primark Controller Iberia. Pieces of great fabrics (cotton, linen...), favorable cuts to all types of silhouettes, shoes (with comfort as watchword) and several accessories at prices that make justice to the word accessible, isn't a coincidence that the irish brand has as motto "Look good, pay less". And because we can have a polished and chic look without spend fortunes - we can buy all types of clothes, but we can't buy style - the nice Liliana give us the challenge to pick a piece of cloth that added the perfect complement to our outfit in 10 minutes (where we had Primark just for us, heaven, i'm in heaven) and both My Pimpão and i guess that we chose the ideal piece and accomplished the challenge. What do you think about the before and the after? We prefer the after! Our ideal piece come home with us, as others several items to die for - clicking to see more you can see a glimpse of the shopping bags that we brought with us - that we can't wait to wear them all. 

Quality to fabulous prices in a space where all the family - grandpas, parents, brothers, kids - have their own place on the different Primark sections. Besides a space exclusively dedicated to home with all the indispensable accessories to decorate our bedroom or living room.

"Coimbra store is the prettiest one, it's our pearl!", exclaimed in portuguese Mrs. Breege O'Donoghue, the Primark Director of HR and Business Development (who is such a sweetheart, only here for us, Mrs. Breege said she loved my vintage bag made by my beloved grandpa, oh, and i'm hair also) :) about the new Primark six store that open the doors in Portugal and that you should really get to know the quickest possible if you had the chance to visit our country soon. It's time to say good shopping at PRIMARK, "Amazing Fashion, Amazing Prices"!

A cidade dos estudantes ficou ainda mais rica com a abertura do gigante de vestuário irlândes, PRIMARK, no Fórum Coimbra.

Se eu já me considerava apaixonada pela Primark, agora após conhecer os verdadeiros valores da marca - as suas políticas amigas do ambiente e comércio ético onde promovem o respeito pelos direitos dos trabalhadores - fiquei ainda mais rendida aos seus corredores infinitos que nos foram mostrados com todo o detalhe pela querida Mar Móron, Primark Product Controller Iberia. Peças de tecidos exímios (algodão, linho...), cortes favoráveis a todos os tipos de silhuetas, calçado (com conforto como palavra de ordem) e variados acessórios a preços que fazem jus à palavra acessível, pois não é por um mero acaso que a marca irlandesa tem como mote "Look good, pay less". This week we have two special surprises: the making-of in video from the photoshoot for amofotografia edited by our talented colleague Nuno Lopes, and the other making-of from Atelier Styling Project's photoshoot edited by dear Miriam Jordão. We already expected a fantastic edition by Nuno, but he managed to surprise us even more and we adored the result, with A :) It's always different when you see and observe us in "movement", you already saw My Pimpão in video one time here (in just 12 seconds) but today you see both of us and in more than 2 minutes. Hope you like this first making-of of the week as much as we beauties! We are so proud with the result to what we thank so much to Nuno for his great job!

Esta semana temos duas surpresas especiais: os making-of em vídeo da sessão fotográfica com o amofotografia editado pelo nosso talentoso colega Nuno Lopes, e o da sessão fotográfica para o Atelier Styling Project editado pela querida Miriam Jordão. Nós já esperávamos uma edição fantástica por parte do Nuno, mas conseguiu surpreender-nos ainda mais e adoramos o resultado, com A :) É sempre diferente nos verem e observarem em "movimento", ao Meu Pimpão já o viram uma vez aqui (em apenas 12 segundos) mas hoje vêem-nos aos dois e em mais de 2 minutos. Esperamos que gostem tanto deste primeiro making-of da semana quanto nós queridos! Estamos muito orgulhosos com o resultado ao que agradecemos imenso ao Nuno pelo excelente trabalho!

Atelier Styling Project: The photos

When is a collaboration with Atelier Styling Project, Pedro Crispim on Styling and Sandra Almeida on makeup, we can only be sure that the result will top our expectations and will be phenomenal. Today, we'll bring you the final photos by the lens of the photographer Nuno Estrela who capture the looks by Pedro, in magical scenarios for the next season, and for Atelier SP. The outfits exclaimed pure beauty: the first vibrates in color block, with coral on the chiffon dress and deep purple on the fur coat. The second look exclaims sexyness, with a pencil dress in geometric print and the touch of the choker; as the next one continues with the same tone with the strength of the leather creating a rocker girl, but extremely sophisticated. The penultimate look (yet, it's missing one more look, the one with the gold dress that you already had a glimpse here) reminds NYC for its modern elegance and it's so me. In relation to the makeup that i loved, Sandra gave me exuberance with burgundy lips, in a goth and soft mix...switching in the end for a pale pink, very fresh and feminine. On the hair, talented Karlos Wendell make me long waves, romantic braids, a bun that i want to make in this second, hairstyles absolutely g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s (and without using hairspray), i can tell you that my hair was in the right hands. My Pimpão's looks were made of pieces with the perfect cut and every piece he tried one every breath i took...all the pieces looked made for him, and what about the hairstyle? Very 50's vibe. A photoshoot that we loved from the first to last minute, and that we thank so much to all of this brilliant team.

Quando é uma colaboração com o Atelier Styling Project, Pedro Crispim no Styling e Sandra Almeida na maquilhagem, só podemos ter a certeza que o resultado superará ainda mais as nossas expectativas e que será fenomenal. Hoje, trazemos as fotos finais pelas lentes do fotógrafo Nuno Estrela que captou os looks realizados pelo Pedro, em cenários mágicos para a próxima estação, e para o Atelier SP. Os outfits exclamavam pura beleza: o primeiro vibra em color block, com coral no vestido em chiffon e lilás escuro no casaco em pêlo. O segundo look exclama sexyness, com um vestido justo de padrão geométrico e o toque do choker; já o seguinte continua o mesmo tom com a força do cabedal criando uma rocker girl, mas extremamente sofisticada. O penúltimo look (sim, ainda falta mais um, o do vestido dourado que já vislumbraram aqui) lembra-me NYC pela sua elegância moderna e é tão eu. Quanto à maquilhagem que fiquei rendida, a Sandra deu-me exuberância com uns lábios cor de vinho, num mix gótico mas suave...trocando para um rosa pálido no final, muito fresco e feminino. Nos cabelos o talentoso Karlos Wendell fez-me ondas largas, tranças românticas, um bun que queria recriar agora mesmo, hairstyles absolutamente l-i-n-d-o-s (e sem usar laca), posso dizer que o meu cabelo estava nas mãos certas. Os looks do Meu Pimpão foram feitos de peças de corte perfeito e a cada peça que experimentava cada suspiro eu dava...todas as peças pareciam feitas para ele, e que tal o penteado? Muito 50's vibe. Uma produção que adoramos do primeiro ao último minuto e que agradecemos com todo o nosso carinho a esta brilhante equipa.

Photoshoot Look 5: Before dinner

For the latest outfits photographed by amofotografia we chose a more classic and polished look, on a scenario very sophisticated, and romantic. The Rio Grill restaurant was the location chosen for the final photoshoot, where we appreciated its modern and chic decoration, as also the kindness with which we're received. The occasion asked for glamour, so i chose my new Romwe jumpsuit - that i already showed you here - and a pair of Luís Onofre sandals that i found on Stress stores. Onofre really knows how to make a woman feel sensual and confident in his shoes, and i was in love with these sandals with Swarovski crystals in their satin straps - dazzling! These sandals aren't really comfortable...but ok, their beauty paid off my feet hurting. My Love - who makes me smile all the time, here you can see, those smiles from ear to ear - chose a Lacoste shirt and Tommy Hilfiger shoes, all courtesy also from Stress stores. A special thanks to the amofotografia duo, Tomané and Raquel, who gave us such a fun and special photoshoot.

Para os últimos outfits fotografados pelo amofotografia escolhemos um look mais clássico e polido, num cenário bastante requintado, e romântico. O restaurante Rio Grill foi o local eleito para a sessão fotográfica final, onde apreciamos a sua decoração moderna e chic, bem como a gentileza com que fomos recebidos. A ocasião pedia glamour, optando pelo meu novo jumpsuit da Romwe - que já vos tinha mostrado aqui - e umas sandálias Luís Onofre que encontrei nas lojas Stress. Onofre sabe realmente como fazer uma mulher sentir-se sensual e confiante sob os seus sapatos, e eu fiquei apaixonada por estas sandálias com cristais Swarovski incrustados nas suas tiras de cetim - dazzling! Não são é propriamente confortáveis...mas ok, a sua beleza valeu as dores de pés. O Meu Amor - que me faz sorrir a toda a hora, aqui podem ver, são daqueles sorrisos de orelha a orelha  - escolheu uma camisa Lacoste e sapatos Tommy Hilfiger, tudo cortesia também das lojas Stress. Um agradecimento com todo o nosso carinho ao duo Tomané e Raquel do amofotografia que nos proporcionaram uma photoshoot super divertida e especial.

Photoshoot Look 4: In the gray

I guess that it is the first time that we publish a post so late, but between the travel to comeback home and difficult Internet connections, that only now we managed to publish. And in our home *.* Our vacations were truly wonderful, the best vacations that i can have is next to My Love, no matter where. From today we're back to work (this doesn't mean we weren't on our holidays, well, semi-holidays, because the emails never stop and we still had the time to a few meetings, which we love). But for the first time we started publish every other day, because in vacations time we really need to relax, recharge batteries and enjoy our time to the fullest...when we remember our first posts, that weren't a long ago, we can already notice such a huge evolution at all levels, because every day we are more committed in show you our best work guys, because the reason of this make sense is you and your sweet words that we receive daily. Now that we're back to out baby with all our love and attention, you will have posts as usual, except on the weekends which are sacred to us and for you :) About today's outfit shot by amofotografia, My Pimpão chose again a polo from Lacoste L!VE (on Stress you can find all the L!VE collection from Lacoste) with fluo details (really fluo, trust me, the lizard shines in the dark!) :) and our new Dolce&Gabbana with dark yellow on the steams that fit perfectly for a casual chic look with a trendy touch.

Acho que é a primeira vez que publicamos tão tarde um post, mas entre viagem de retorno a casa e sérias dificuldades em ligações de Internet, que só agora é que conseguimos publicar. E já na nossa casinha *.* As nossas férias foram verdadeiramente maravilhosas, as melhores férias que posso ter é com o Meu Amor, seja onde for. A partir de hoje estamos de volta ao trabalho (não é que não estivéssemos durante as férias, isto é, semi-férias porque os emails não param de chegar e ainda se arranja tempo para uma ou outra reunião, o que nós adoramos). Mas pela primeira vez começamos a publicar dia sim, dia não, porque em tempo de férias precisamos mesmo de descansar, recarregar baterias e aproveitar todo o tempo para estarmos com as pessoas que amamos.  E o importante não é a quantidade, mas sim a qualidade...quando nos recordamos dos primeiros posts, que apesar de ainda não terem sido há muito tempo atrás, conseguimos notar uma grande evolução a todos os níveis, porque cada vez estamos mais empenhados em mostrar-vos o nosso melhor trabalho queridos, porque a razão de isto tudo fazer sentido são vocês e as palavras doces que recebemos diariamente. Agora que estamos de volta ao nosso bebé com todo o carinho e dedicação, os posts serão como habitualmente, excepto os fins de semana que são sagrados para nós e para vocês :) Quanto a este outfit fotografado pelo amofografia, o Meu Pimpão escolheu novamente um polo Lacoste L!VE (na Stress podem encontrar toda a colecção L!VE da Lacoste) com pormenores fluorescentes (verdadeiramente fluo, acreditem em mim, o lagarto brilha no escuro!) :) e os nossos novos Dolce&Gabbana com amarelo torrado nas hastes que assentaram na perfeição para um look casual chic com um toque trendy.

Photoshoot Look 3: Silhouettes

Sometimes is the look that gives the motto to the title, other times a moment or "that" picture...and here was definitely the photo in which i'm next to My Love and the only thing you can see is our delicate drawed silhouettes on the background. Silhouettes captured by amofotografia, where the duo, Tomané and Raquel captured us in spontaneous and natural moments - you can prove what i'm saying clicking to see more, yep, i never resist to canoodle one of our best friends :) The outfit is also made of silhouettes highlighted by the bodycon skirt with horizontal stripes fit to the body. Stripes that keep going to the Tommy Hilfiger wedges that i found on Stress stores. In this look the TH set the nautical mood and of course we would loved to have made these images on a beach scenary but it wasn't possible in that day ;) And speaking about the beach, here we go to another day at the beach...looking at these photos i can see how i am now much, much darker. When you'll see our new posts you won't even recognize us, ahah, specially My Pimpão, who is 3x more than i *.*

Às vezes é o look que dá o mote para o título, outras vezes o momento ou a "tal" fotografia...e aqui foi definitivamente a fotografia onde estou ao lado do Meu Amor e onde se consegue ver apenas as nossas silhuetas desenhadas delicadamente no pano de fundo. Silhuetas captadas pelo duo do amofotografia, Tomané e Raquel, que nos captaram  em momentos espontâneos e naturais - podem confirmar esta afirmação ao clicar para ver mais, yep, nunca resisto a fazer festinhas a um dos nossos melhores amigos  :) O outfit também é feito de realces da silhueta pela saia bodycon com riscas horizontais justa ao corpo. Riscas que se prolongam até aos wedges Tommy Hilfiger que encontrei nas lojas Stress. Neste look os TH é que lançaram o mood naútico e claro que gostaríamos de ter feito as imagens num cenário de praia mas não nos foi possível neste dia ;) E por falar em praia, lá vamos nós agora para mais um dia de praia...ao olhar para esta fotos reparo o quanto estou muito, mas muito mais morena. Quando virem as nossas novos posts nem nos vão reconhecer, ahah, então o meu Pimpão é que não mesmo, está 3x mais do que eu *.*

Photoshoot Look 2: L!VE

The second look photographed by amofotografia was My Pimpão's, in a total outfit thanks to Stress stores: one of his choices was a Lacoste L!VE  polo (you guys already know how Pimpão is a fan of Lacoste polos, both the classics, like the trendiest ones from L!VE collection), and this polo was one of his favorites because of the multicolored and geometric print, becoming the key piece of the look. The mirrored sunglasses from Arnette added the cool touch. The pictures that we shot together were a lot - in the various looks - that are for another post :)

Now we're going to another day at the beach, these days are being so relaxing, hmm, so many photos for you sweeties!

O segundo look fotografado pelo amofotografia foi o do Meu Pimpão, num outfit total pelas lojas Stress: uma das suas escolhas foi um pólo Lacoste L!VE (vocês já sabem o quanto o Pimpão é fã dos pólos da Lacoste, tanto dos clássicos como dos mais trendy da linha L!VE), e este foi um dos seus preferidos pelo print multicolorido geométrico, tornando-se a peça chave do look. Os óculos espelhados da Arnette acrescentaram o remate cool. As imagens que temos juntos são imensas - nos vários looks - que ficam para outro post :)

Agora vamos para mais um dia na praia, estes dias têm sido tão relaxantes, hmm, tantas fotografias para vocês queridos!

Photoshoot Look 1: Broderie

In the last week we made the sneak peek of the photoshoot with the amazing duo from amofotografia - António e Raquel - and today we bring you the first look that we photographed. When i pose for any photographer - without being My Pimpão who always take my favorite pictures - there is always the curiosity to see the result and to hope that not only meets the client expectations, but also our own expectations, and i'm very happy with the result of the pictures by the lens of António - or Tomané, how he's nicknamed :) - that we hope to repeat soon. The photoshoot couldn't be more relaxed and fun, because believe me, in some of my works as a model i felt at times a kind of intimidating environment, but here wasn't the case. And it was truly special because i photographed next to My Love *.* The styling was made on Stress stores, where we picked the most part of the pieces: for the first look i chose a tranparent blouse from Guess with handcrafted details such as embroidered flowers, very romantic and soft which i matched with a white jeans from Citizens of Humanity for a total white look. The color splashes were given by the gold of my Westrags bracelet and by the hot pink of the sandals of the portuguese brand missanga. These sandals besides being beautiful are extremely confortable; yes, despite their 15 cm it seems that my feet were walking in the clouds and for me that is an essential quality in a high heeled shoes, after all, we should take care very well of our feet! Na semana passada fizemos o sneak peek da sessão fotográfica com o fantástico duo do amofotografia - António e Raquel - e hoje trazemos o primeiro look que fotografámos. Quando poso para algum fotógrafo - sem ser para o Meu Pimpão que tira sempre as minhas fotografias preferidas - há sempre a curiosidade de ver o resultado e de esperar que corresponda não só às expectativas do cliente, mas também às nossas próprias expectativas, e fiquei bastante feliz com o resultado das imagens pelas lentes do António - ou Tomané, como é apelidado :) - que esperamos voltar a repetir em breve. A photoshoot não poderia ter sido mais descontraída e divertida, porque acreditem, nalguns dos meus trabalhos como manequim já me senti por vezes em ambientes com um quê de intimidante, mas aqui não foi o caso. E também foi realmente especial porque fotografei ao lado do Meu Amor *.* O styling foi feito nas lojas Stress, onde escolhemos a maior das peças: para o primeiro look escolhi uma blusa transparente da Guess com detalhes artesanais como bordados floridos, muito romântica e suave que conjuguei com umas calças brancas da Citizens of Humanity para um look em branco total. Os laivos de cor foram dados pelo dourado da minha pulseira Westrags e pelo rosa choque das sandálias da nossa marca nacional missanga. Estas sandálias para além de serem belíssimas são extremamente confortáveis; sim, apesar dos seus 15 cm parecia que os meus pés andavam nas nuvens e para mim é uma das qualidades essenciais num sapato de salto alto, afinal, temos que tratar muito bem os nossos pés! Ao clicarem para ver mais vejam as primeiras fotografias de muitas que estão para vir pelo talentoso Tomané e querida Raquel! :)

White tee

The possibilities are endless when it comes to one of the wardrobe essentials: the white tee. From this blank canvas came the colorful and vibrant alter-egos, but no other one takes the leading role of the freshness and comfort of the white cotton, as well the charm. A minimalist and clean look was chose by My Pimpão in the past week combining the basic with a pair of dark jeans, leather sandals and Dolce&Gabbana sunglasses creating an effortless chic result. 

In this moment we're in our beach house and we already have so many pictures to share with you our beauties! The posts of this and the next week will be intercalated - every other day - but ending the holidays we'll be back with the usual regularly posts! :)

As possibilidades são infinitas no que toca a um dos essenciais do guarda-roupa: a t-shirt branca. A partir desta tela em branco surgiram os alter-egos coloridos e vibrantes, mas nenhuma outra tira o protagonismo da frescura e do conforto do algodão branco, bem como o encanto. Um look minimalista e clean foi pelo qual o Meu Pimpão optou num dos dias da semana passada ao conjugar o básico com uns jeans escuros, sandálias em pele e óculos de sol Dolce&Gabbana para um resultado effortless chic. 

Neste momento estamos na nossa casa de praia e temos tantas fotografias para partilhar com vocês queridos! Os posts desta semana e da próxima serão intercalados - dia sim, dia não - mas findo este período de férias voltaremos com os posts frequentes! :)

Gold fever

It could be in Black&Gold, as in the song of Sam Sparro, but today my look is in White&Gold. This color combination may not yet have been a chorus for a well known soundtrack but i let myself get in the rhythm with this stunning dress with metal studs from AX Paris. And in an arm swag with my Westrags bracelets for which i'm in love and that became one of my go to pieces. The golden fever continues to my feet on a vintage sandals that belonged to my mom in a metamorphosis of metallic tones and cherry lipstick.

Poderia ser em Black&Gold, como na música do Sam Sparro, mas hoje o meu look é em White&Gold. Esta combinação de cores pode ainda não ter composto refrães de bandas sonoras mas eu deixei-me apanhar no ritmo neste lindíssimo vestido com tachas em metal da AX Paris. E num arm swag com as minhas pulseiras Westrags pelas quais estou apaixonada e que passaram a ser uma das minhas "go to pieces". A febre dourada continua até aos meus pés numas sandálias vintage que pertenceram à minha mãe numa metamorfose de tons metálicos e de batom cor de cereja.

PRIMARK Casting x KATEFP

The cherry on the top of cake of this week is a special project that we have to share with you! One of our favorite high street stores - Primark - will open a new store on Coimbra Forum on the August 29th. And on the September 23rd the Primark will hold a Fashion Casting at 16h on the terrace of the forum, in partnership with Act in Models and Coimbra Forum, in an event that will be presented 10 (lucky) finalists who will join the Act in Models, receive a professional book and Gift Cards from Primark. The KATEFP will be one of the juries of Primark Casting to select the 10 finalists (men, women, child from 10 to 30 years old), and we'll also have our exclusive space where we'll be giving Fashion tips. But we have another surprise...a giveaway that you'll soon find out beauties! *.*

A cereja no topo do bolo da semana é um projecto especial que temos para partilhar com vocês! Uma das nossas high street stores de eleição - a Primark - vai inaugurar uma nova loja no Fórum Coimbra no dia 29 de Agosto. E no dia 23 de Setembro a Primark vai realizar um Casting de Moda pelas 16h na esplanada do fórum, em parceria com a Act in Models e o Fórum Coimbra, num evento onde serão apresentados 10 (sortudos) finalistas que irão ser receber o agenciamento pela Act in Models, um book fotográfico e Cartões Oferta da Primark. O KATEFP vai ser um dos júris do Casting Primark onde seleccionaremos os 10 finalistas (homens, mulheres e crianças dos 10 aos 30 anos), e também teremos o nosso espaço exclusivo no evento onde estaremos a dar dicas de Moda. Mas temos mais uma surpresa...um passatempo que vão em breve descobrir queridos! *.*
